Materials and Design

Inspired by the creator's passion for coffee, travel, and architecture, these coffee cups are thoughtfully designed to inspire a deeper appreciation for life's simple pleasures. The 100 ml (3 oz) capacity is perfect for an invigorating espresso shot.

The handmade cups are meticulously crafted from liquid semi-porcelain, resulting in a lightweight and delicate feel, while maintaining the durability needed for daily use. Expertly cast in a custom mold and fired at a scorching 1220ºC, the high-quality glaze gives each cup a stunning matte finish.

About Atelier Greys

Believe it or not, Julie didn't attend the renowned Ceramic Schools in Quebec. Instead, she is a passionate self-taught ceramist, learning at her own pace, just as she did with her 30-year accounting career. Despite its challenges, this path suits her well.

Julie set up her workshop to create universal, eco-friendly coffee cups. After two years, she mastered the casting technique and developed her own glazes through countless trials and errors. In late 2022, she launched this collection, featuring various sizes, shades, and finishes.
