Fan Cooled Burrs
Mahlkönig's engineers have designed an effective temperature control system for the E65S motor, ensuring consistent cooling through the continuous fresh air intake. An additional fan is activated when grinding larger loads, preventing potential heat damage to espresso beans. In heavy-duty laboratory tests, with 100 consecutive shots ground, the ground coffee temperature never exceeded 50 degrees Celsius.
