Politique d'expédition
We ship your order from our warehouse in Windsor, Quebec. Our warehouse team works closely with our front office, and we are all dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and quality packaging. We don't use 3PL companies to send your order, as we want to give you the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from us. Once your order has been shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related updates.
We aim to ship the same or the next business day, depending on the time of day you place your order but may have a delay during peak holiday seasons.
We primarily use Canada Post and UPS if necessary. We strive to ship the same or next business day, but may have up to 5 business days depending on the volume of orders in process.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility.
Free shipping in the USA & Canada on orders over 750$.
*Please note: areas that are hard to access by shipping carriers may not qualify for free shipping
Express Shipping
Whenever possible, we prioritize orders with express shipping. That being said, we print our last batch of orders at 12pm EST, so if you're placing an order with express shipping between 12-3:30pm, please give us a call at 819-620-8826, and we'll do our best to make sure it ships out the same day.
Packaging
We could buy a new box for every order and pass the cost on to you... but we prefer to reuse packaging that has been sent to us - not only to keep your price down, but because it's just better for the environment. If your package comes with bubble-wrap, it's second hand. If you have packing peanuts in your box, they're also second hand! When we do need to use brand new packaging, we try to find the most eco-friendly products available.
Import and Duties
If, like us, you've ever ordered online from a US company, you'll know that it's a gamble whether or not you'll be charged at the border with duties, taxes, and high brokerage fees (sometimes more than the value of the item!). Shipping costs are often higher, and sometimes your warranties aren't even valid in Canada. And that's all if you've managed to get to the final checkout page without finding a "State" field that only lists 50 options.
We've taken care of all the Canadian duties and taxes for you - and no nasty "extra charges" surprise when your package is delivered.
For our US and international customers, you may be billed by your government for import fees based on your countries import guidelines when your order crosses into your country. The personal exemption amount into the United States is $800, so if your order is valued less than this, you will not be taxed upon delivery. Your warranty and support is valid with us no matter where in the world you are.
