Return Policy

Unused and unopened items can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your order. The cost of the items, minus shipping charges, will be refunded.

Used items in their original packaging with all parts and accessories in working order and intact can be returned up to 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be clean and free of any user damage or defects. The cost of the items, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee, will be refunded.

Any defective item can be returned within the manufacturer's warranty period. Simply call or email us and once we have verified the defect, we can issue a return label.

If you decide to return an item you purchased from us, please first contact us at info@cafefabrique.com and let us know. We will then give you instructions on how to proceed. We ask that you package your return items properly so that they are not damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for damage (or verify that it has not been used), and refund the amount to your account.

Please note that all food items are FINAL SALES.

For any returns, please contact us first at info@cafefabrique.com prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back to us without reaching out to us first.

We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. We also ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items that were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet, or missing any parts or if the return is past the 30-day return window.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund total. 

Any order marked as "refused" or "return to sender" will have any return shipping costs deducted from the eligible refund. 


All of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, along with our Cafe Fabrique 1-year limited warranty.

If a product you’ve purchased from us or one of our authorized resellers stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@cafefabrique.com, and we will work with you to determine your warranty coverage.

Warranty claims do not include:

  • Any defect arising from the misuse of the product. This includes but is not limited to negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear (ie. scratches, dents, and wearing out of replaceable parts)
  • Natural variations in the color of wooden items (ie. handles, lids, collars, or bases)
  • Any glass or ceramic items or parts–outside of damage during transit or manufacturing error.
  • Any items purchased from Amazon, eBay, or other third-party e-commerce websites.


If you change your mind or realize that you've ordered the wrong product after it's shipped, we'll happily accept a return (see the first section, above). From this point, you're free to place a new order for the desired product either immediately, or once you receive your refund - it's up to you!

Shipping Discrepancies

We have a two-step process to ensure the accuracy of all orders that ship from our warehouse and use recycled packaging and compostable packing peanuts so that your order arrives safely. If you are unfortunate enough to discover a mistake or a damaged item in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@cafefabrique.com so that we can rectify this for you asap.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms of order

The execution of an order constitutes a contractual obligation to accept the order and to pay. For orders that are not paid at the time of order placement, we reserve the right to pursue payment of outstanding invoices by any means necessary, including third-party debt collection agencies.

Mailing List

If you join our mailing list, we promise to send you only relevant information, no more than a few times a month. It is also easy to unsubscribe. We will never sell your email address to another company.

Minimum order

All online and phone orders must meet or exceed the minimum subtotal price, before adding taxes and shipping, of two hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($250).

Order Limits/Maximums

For some of our most popular products, and due to manufacturer availability, we may set order limits or partially refund a completed order to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to stock their shelves. Order limits are set per wholesale account. Multiple orders placed back-to-back reaching the limits will be cancelled. If you reach the limits on a product, you may place a new order 3 weeks after the original order for the same limits again, if there is still stock available.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Resale Policy

The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) ensures integrity, consistency and fair competition in the marketplace. As a company, Café Fabrique Distribution Inc. was founded on the principle of providing quality products at an affordable price. MAP pricing applies to all advertised prices.

All MAP prices are the prices found on the Café Fabrique retail website www.cafefabrique.com.

Wholesale partners are not permitted to resell products on marketplace websites such as, but not limited to; Amazon, eBay or any other discounted marketplace website.

Individual resellers must comply with MAP pricing. Failure to comply with MAP or resale policies will result in the revocation of access to the wholesale account. On-site inventory may be reclaimed if terms are not met. All future purchases may be made through the Café Fabrique retail website.

Discount Policy

Automatic volume discounts are applied to all orders that meet applicable order values (some restrictions apply). We are not able to provide additional volume discounts outside of our standard automatic volume discount, or for non-qualifying orders or products.
From time to time, Café Fabrique Distribution may offer other discounts or promotions, such as, but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or Free Shipping Days, outside of our standard volume discount.
Discounts and promotions are only applicable to in-stock products. We do not offer deferred coupons or backorders. Discount codes and promotions are
promotions are applied per order, and cannot be combined or applied to past or future orders.

Price Matching

We strive to maintain competitive prices on all of the products we offer, in accordance with the PMA prices determined by our distribution agreements, in order to allow our wholesale customers to benefit from the best possible margins when reselling. For this reason, we do not offer price matching. If you see an advertised price that is lower than our wholesale or retail prices, please let us know and we can look into the matter further.
If our own standard prices are reduced within 30 days of purchase, email us at info@cafefabrique.com, along with a copy of your receipt or order number, and we will match the price and refund the difference. This excludes special sale prices or promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, or any other special sale promotion we have throughout the year.
